DTRLWGY type liquid turbine flow meter is a velocity-type flow meter designed according to the principle of torque balance. This flow meter has the of simple structure, light weight, high precision and easy installation. It is widely  used in the metering and control applications in the fields of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, and paper-making. Our company has optimized the circuit and sensor through innovative design, which has greatly  improved the anti-interference and anti-vibration performance, and further the applicability and reliability of the liquid turbine in measuring liquid.

Application 

Liquid turbine flow meters are suitable for clean, low-viscosity liquids free of solid particles and impurities. They are widely applied in metering refined oil and chemical solvents in petrochemical industries, monitoring water pipe networks for tap water and purified water, sanitary fluid filling and liquid batching in food, beverage and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as fuel and lubrication systems in power plants, industrial fluid quantitative filling and equipment flow calibration. Featuring high accuracy, they are ideal for trade custody transfer and precise process flow control, and are not applicable to working conditions with high-viscosity media, liquids containing particles or fibers, and strongly corrosive media without matched material adaptation.

1.High precision, good reliability, and the metering error of general liquid is less than 0.5% or 1.0%. 
2.Simple structure easy installation, and can be connected by thread, clamp, flange and other forms. 
3.Optimized design of circuit structure and sensor structure, greatly enhanced the effect of anti-ference and anti-vibration. 
4.Low lower limit flow, wide range ratio, generally 1:10 for small diameter, and 1:20 for large. 
5.Can be upgraded to corrosion-resistant materials, suitable for the measurement of acid and alkali media.
